Özgörkey A.Ş. has started production in July 2000 and completed both infrastructures and superstructures in a short period of time. During the establishment period, by taking into consideration the medium and long term investments, company has taken some measures, such as; biological refinery, land for investment areas, transformer and tank capacities to meet the electricity and fuel need, water depots, landscape arrangements, road connections for inside and outside of the plant, dining hall for the personnel, dressing rooms, rest rooms and sport facilities.

Starting from the obtaining of raw material, Özgörkey A.Ş. secures the consumer health by using the highest technology in food production. The company operates under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), British Retail Consortium (BRC) / Higher Level and ISO 9001:2000 as a proof of its hygiene and quality focused vision.

Özgörkey A.Ş. received the Aegean Region Environment Award, that 55 big scaled industry companies applied from Aegean region and offered by the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry and Governorship of İzmir.
